Virtually impossible to get an appointment with a doctor. Until recently it was easier to get an appointment with a nurse. But last week, I rang them & was told to ring back in a couple or days at 8am.So I guess any access to healthcare is out for me!

If you have just given birth to a child, get them to call Maryport Doctors every morning at 8:30am. By the time they are in their 70s and need help with their arthritis, they should be able to get an appointment.

I wouldn't even give a star. What is the public supposed to do now ? Can't even get through to book yet I still pay national health....so basically I paying twice as I have to get medication myself. I think I should send the bills to them .

A completely appalling service, I have not been able to see a GP in the 2 years I have live here! I?m really considering moving home ho the north east to ensure I can receive adequate health care!

Rubbish my 88 year old mother I law has just got out of hospital for pneumonia.I rang the surgery to get a doctor to ring her as she is still not well, was told to ring at 8 in the morning and hope to get a phone consultation or their is a 2 week wait.The best bit is she got pneumonia because the doctors wouldn't see her when she kept coughing because of covid even though she had a negative on the covid test she had done at home.Dig a grave or look for somewhere more competent.
