Would totally recommend this company, their front of house staff are so knowledgeable, and their fitters and subbies know what they are doing. Everyone we?ve met whilst doing our house up have been absolutely amazing. Had Karndean fitted in our hallway and dining room, new carpet on the hallway, stairs and living room. In fact, we?ve just purchased an Alstons suite and having our bedrooms measured up for carpets! We totally trust them and they treat us like friends. They don?t force a sale on you and give you breathing space to have a think. A true Cumbrian company! We live 30 miles away from their showroom and are happy to make that journey because it?s a really nice run out, and the service is great!

Mere words cannot describe how highly I recommend this company.They fitted my carpets about two years ago and recently the carpet in the hall suffered damage as a wild rabbit tried to burrow her way underneath a closed door. Oh dear, what a mess.I rang the shop seeking advice.They sent two lovely polite young men to assess and hopefully repair the damage. A little bit of nifty, highly skilled work with their tools and a strip of metal did the job nicely.Thank you, thank you, thank you, I will recommend you to everyone.

Excellent service from Gillian found exactly what we were looking for she measured everything for us so we knew the size was right great choice of fabrics and styles of sofas would definitely recommend this business it is well worth taking a look for your new furniture

Terrible company! They priced us wrong, they fitted the wrong carpet in one of the bedrooms, and now they are calling us to pay double the price because apparently, the carpet fitted is more expensive than they told us initially. After putting all the furniture back up, they expect us to return the carpets if we don't want to pay the ridiculous price they want. We just paid what we have been told it is going to cost; they can not rip me off. We didn't want to pay the higher price since it was out of our budget, but they came and took the carpets back, now we are left with odd carpets in the bedrooms and a lot of disappointment.

Good place for carpets and furniture. Very good selection in the store which was nice to see. Friendly and helpful staff. Had carpets off them before and very pleased with the fitting and service then. Would recommend.
