POOR food, poor customer service and poor value for money after waiting an hour and twenty minutes to enjoy food with a friend! Save your cash and go to a proper take away (in my opinion) just up the road.

Ordered tonight at 7:15, I called at 8:40 to see if the food had went outnfor delivery yet to which I was told it was going out on the next delivery. I called again at 9:30pm to cancel the order as it was over 2 hour's waiting at this point, I was told it was too late to cancel because the food was being cooked now, when the man earlier on had said it was going out for delivery? Apparently they have a new delivery driver and they didn't want to give him too many orders at once which is fair enough but why lie 45 minutes earlier that my food was ready and waiting on delivery. Very poor service tonight. Food finally came at 10pm, nearly 3 hours after ordering, driver was apologetic but when we opened our order 2 dips were missing and cans of pop weren't what was asked for, very disappointing.

Ordered food nearly 1 hr 45 mins ago... Still waiting. Phone has been "line busy" since it closed an hour ago... cant even ask where the food is?Going to bed as were sick of waiting! Really poor service.

One star is generous. Ordered a chicken fajita wrap which states comes with Mexican spices, sweet peppers and onion. I opted out of salad and chose not to have either chilli or garlic sauce. The delivery was 45 minutes late so the food was stone cold, the wedges were barely cooked and the wrap was literally just plain chicken, no onion or peppers. When I rang to get this sorted none of the staff were trained to do anything about it even though the person (rudely) told me this had happened multiple times. Save your money.

Got my order delivered not long ago, I ordered loaded chips everything was burnt it was disgusting, underneath the chips it had tomato purée everywhere couldn?t eat it that?s how vile it was I wouldn?t recommend ordering anything from there.

Ordered two hours in advance to avoid delays, arrived forty minutes to early, I was then promised it would arrive on time, it didn't, then I got violent knocks on my windows and doors at half hour past due timeInspected origanal delivery, chips barely cooked and its just a general mess. The worst was the violent window and door knocking.

Tried to give it half a star but wouldn't let me. Ordered through justeat and it took 2hrs 24 minutes to be delivered. Turned up cold and wet. Unbelievable

Wow what can I say, the girls in chatanooga have outdone themselves again, the food was bloody beautiful, certainly best in town and surrounding areas, was piping hot and lots of it all made fresh to order.
