Great little pub with friendly staff. Food is lovely and plentiful. Great atmosphere.

Fantastic pub grub surrounded by fields with cows. Large indoor seating area in-line with a classic British pub and an outdoor sheltered seating area as well as unsheltered seating for the peak summer months.
Very quiet surroundings and grass for the kids to run around on whilst waiting for food.
You can also book the pods on site to rent for weekends away!

Went for a drink, google says open, got there sign outside entrance door says open, but all locked up and no one about.

Nice Little local pub.
Had lunch here with a load of others after a family wedding.

Service was poor, waited a while to be seated despite having a booking and arriving on time, presumed owner was sat having a drink with friends, other presumed owner busy behind the bar and didn?t communicate and just left us standing.
Atmosphere wasn?t the quiet country inn we were expecting, it was very loud with shouting.
Server got our order wrong twice, they also really had to think about anything we said to them. For example when asking for ketchup and mayo? or when advising that what we were served wasn?t what we ordered?
Food was edible at best. Lettuce was browning and the chips were undercooked.
£40 for 2 very average burgers and 2 soft drinks. Very disappointing, won?t be returning

Was expecting to stay at the Crossings on 30th and 31st December. Arrived at 4pm to find it closed. Left message on phone which was ignored and emails are returned saying 'not delivered' Also, an email on 29th December saying what time we would arrive was ignored. Had to try to find alternative accomodation in the area, not easy at that time of year! Very disappointed.

Big thanks to The Crossings Inn for a fabulous Big Breakfast on a cold, wet and windy morning. A huge pot of tea, back bacon, cracking sausage and black pudding, beans, grilled tomato, mushrooms, toast and butter, in front of a roaring fire with the warmest of welcomes from Beth and Paddy. So much love has gone into bringing this place back to life for the benefit of the wider community. Thanks both!!

Stayed one night,a group of 5 bikers,Steve, Rosalind and Louise are great staff,very chatty,we had evening meal and all agreed was excellent.In the morning the breakfast,an English fry was out of this world ?.
Room are spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable.
We all played pool and the bar stayed open until late.
