1 star is 1 too many!\\nI can only comment on this companies Kirkby Stephen branch but the woman who runs the branch is rude, aggressive and a stone cold liar!\\nTheir drivers constantly, on a daily basis, speed past the local primary school in coaches and minibuses alike.\\nThey bully other road users to a point that they themselves will block traffic during busy morning rush hour and demand other members of the public to move out of their way and if the member of the public disagrees with them they will become verbally abusive and also physical to make their points such as an incident 2 weeks ago at the end of April 2023 where the driver of a coach drove down a small narrow cut through to avoid using the traffic lights, came face to face with a car using the road and then after verbal altercations decided to attempt to the woman he confronted in the face in front of her 6 and 7 year old children on their way to school!\\nThe company are vile! Claim to have involved the Police against their own drivers and refuse tk adhere to speed limits around schools instead becoming aggressive and rude to blow smokescreen around the way they conduct their business!\\nAVOID USING AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
