After our first visit to the practice my wife and I were immediately struck with the very high standard of cleanliness in all areas. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and put us at ease from the moment we walked through the door. After an extremely thorough examination with Shyam and his assistant which was followed by a deep clean with Yasmin we would have no hesitation in recommending Cumbria Smiles.We cannot thank you all enough for the highly professional service.

My wife and I registered in February as NHS patients with Cumbria Smiles Kirby Stephen. From the outset the receptionist was extremely helpful and informative and made a first appointment for us within 2 weeks. We had text messages to each of us reminding us of the appointments. This was very useful.On arrival at the practice the staff were very welcoming.The treatment and care was excellent and very thorough.Thank you to a great team, Dr Shyam, Olivia and Christina.Derek and Gill Baxter.
