We popped in for lunch with our dog. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and the chef was more than happy to accommodate our dietary requirements. Nice pub, friendly service and great prices. Can't comment on rooms or food as only popped in for a drink. Would return to drink and watch the football if I was back in the area.

Visited today Friday to find 7 of the beers on offer not available, only 1 cask yet they boast a great selection. 1 bar tender and a queue of 9, no fish available and minimum wait for two sandwiches at least half an hour. Wish we had not bought a beer before asking for the menu.
