Had a meal here today wouldn't return for several reasons. Got some drinks and a table then to be told no pies left, no chicken (apart from 1) got our meals No butter with Ploughman's just marg (isn't as advertised) says butter. No apple as advertised! Built during the 1500's, this traditional English inn boast the largest inglenook fireplace in Cumbria as well as being the oldest pub in Kirkby Lonsdale.
