Dan was rude. He literally shouted

We had a very upsetting experience with Dan. While we were trying to place our order, he ignored us and moved ahead without listening. When we tried to clarify or reorder, he raised his voice and became aggressive, completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
What made the situation worse was the underlying feeling that his behavior may have been racially motivated. Whether this was due to personal bias or lack of training, there?s no excuse for treating customers this way.

Pathetic behaviour of the guy called Dan.
He needs to learn how to talk to people. We were trying to order, he went ahead without listening and then we try ordering again he literally started shouting.
Dan if you ever read this Hope you have better days so that you stop treating people like this or if it was just racism then god bless you
