Uncaring and no compassion, my wife is recovering from cancer and asked if she could use staff toilet she was told no and find somewhere else ???would have no stars if possible

Just one lovely lady working in a busy shop today but the service was excellent. She took lots of time with all customers advising about sizing and offers .

Supposedly opens at 10am. Standing outside at 10:10.. apparently they aren't opening until 11am due to staff shortage. Well put a simple sign in the window then!!!I'd usually shop in white stuff but fat Face is getting my custom today.
