15.48 on a sunday, wanted to buy a hydration pack as mine had broke! Asked the gent, he was showing me where they are and the other staff member couldn?t put another sale through due to it being the end of the day. At this time the said staff member was about to put a sale through for an another customer. I think it?s very rude towards customers and I was very willing to buy it there and then, having already been in 3 other shops and which didn?t sell them.I will be taking my money elsewhere. Very shocking customer service, Working in that area myself(having never refused a sale in my years of customer service), I understand the shop is open till 4 meaning the till would be as well. Disappointed.
