Some of the best aftersales service I've ever received. I had an issue with some faulty BD Z poles, so I sent Needle Sports a photo showing the issue. I received a call back within less than 2 minutes with some advice. When that didn't work, I very quickly received a warranty exchange, and was kept up to date with progress by their very friendly staff.Outdoor gear is expensive, but obviously sometimes quality gear goes wrong. For that reason, aftersales service rather than price is top of my list of priorities when I'm buying gear. After this positive experience, I now buy from Needle Sports whenever I can.

Went to try on climbing shoes and had a great experience. So friendly and helpful, gave me fab advice for a pair of shoes that fit right for me. Can?t recommend enough, will definitely come back when I need another pair in future. Amazing, friendly and knowledgable staff

Went to buy a pair of approach shoes, and although I didn?t quite manage to find the right fit, the lady helping was the most knowledgeable and helpful I?ve ever met in an outdoors shop. Thanks for all your help and sorry for not buying any of the shoes!

Went to get an our first pair of climbing shoes. Cal was super knowledgeable and very friendly, he spent a hour with us. He explained everything really well and we tried loads of different shoes.Overall a really friendly, knowledgeable and well stocked shop. Probably a one stop shop for climbing kit in north lakes.Thanks Cal, we?ll be back!

What an amazing shop!Admitted to the staff I wasn?t a climber but liked all the stuff. They were kind and friendly and recommended some places to get started in Catalonia where we live.So hopefully I?ll be back looking for some kit in the future!

Fantastic staff, they got hold of a pair of la Sportiva rock shoes for my hobbit style wide feet. Legends. Been climbing in them and they fit like a glove.

Superb customer service, genuinely give the best advice, went to buy new rock climbing shoes, they spent about an hour truing different fits. Even ordered a pair in to try on. Genuinely want to match the right product for the customer.

For serious clients and keen beginner's. The Selection may seem small but it comprehensively covers the range of quality goods. Local company where the staff are amongst the most experienced and knowledgeable in the lakes.

Good selection of walking or running products. Helpful staff when purchasing New Balance trainers. Price very reasonable.
