After reading all the positive feedback! I drive over an hour this morning to see if they can fix a problem on my wife's Fiat 500 , the bloke I spoke to was rude in my opinion, walked out the office walking towards his car asked me what I'm after so I tried to explain wile he continued to get his jacket from his car, mid conversion he told me but we busy are you registered with a recovery company! Than asked some other bloke who was in a pit under a campervan and his answer was come later we have a look but there will be a charge! Sorry but I did not pretend you do it for free ! In a few words they where not interested ! Wonder Why ! Took other garage 10min to diagnosed the problem and booked it in for repair ! Thank you Keswick Motors

My daughter took her dacia sandero here for a basic service £417.88. She was working for the YHA on minimum wage, shame on you! Absolute rip off!! Same service through Halford £240, same service with dealership £320.

Bought my Panda two years ago, came to them as I like the personal service of a small garage and there were two Fiat garages in the north of England I'd buy from, they had just the car for me. It's still going strong and I would definitely buy another car from them.

I was driving by in my 7.5-tonne wagon when the windscreen wipers stopped working. After trying to fix them myself, and failing badly, I nipped in here to be cheeky and asked if a mechanic could just nip and have a look and give me an idea of what was wrong. They were most obliging and allowed a mechanic to do so. I was just a random guy driving by, driving a vehicle they don't even repair, yet they still let someone nip out and have a look. Even though it was unfixable I cannot thank them enough. It restored my faith in people and a local business that cares. I highly recommend using them. ?

We hired a wheelchair for 24h and we couldn't have done without it. They have a great choice of mobility solutions including wheelchairs and scooters. The owner is lovely and we wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them. 10 out of 10.

Superb Garage?Recently got my sons car (Ford Focus) repaired at this garage in Keswick. Everyone who works at this place are so friendly and helpful. I mainly dealt with a man called Phillip who has worked at this establishment for over 50 years and is an absolute gentleman. Thank you very much for fixing the car.

We broke down whilst on holiday in the lake district and Gemma was so helpful. She couldn't arrange a tow for another hour but was worried about our safety so came to pick us up first and placed cones around the car so it was safe before pick up. We didn't have much headspace to problem solve in a stressful situation and Gemma provided so many solutions which without we would have been really stuck. We managed to get back home eventually and Gemma and the other staff checked in on us whilst we were awaiting a tow back home - definitely recommend for an honest, caring garage. Thank you

Outstanding! Had a blowout whilst visiting Keswick with the family in the main car park and couldn?t get a phone signal to call for help. Walked into town and the garage couldn?t have been more helpful! Took my details and called around for a tyre and their mechanic came to the car park took wheel and went back to change. All done in less than 1.5hrs and an utter life saver. Lovely people as well. If this was how they deal with emergencies then I?m sure you?re in great hands for normal work

Keswick Motor Co were brilliant when we experienced a double blow out of our front tyres as a result of Cumbria?s challenging road surfaces at the end of a Friday afternoon - superb out of hours telephone assistance from Gemma and then overnight delivery of not so easily available low profile tyres, all done seamlessly and efficiently. The car was picked up, new tyres fitted on Saturday morning and we were on our way within the hour. Highly recommended.

Fantastic company to deal with.I was given Phils (the owner) number Brittania Rescue following hubby having a mountain bike accident.He arranged one of his drivers to meet me the following day to drive our motorhome home with me for me to be able to have my own car in Carlisle. Barry came to see me the evening before to 1) check I was ok2) to tell me what time he would arrive the following morningThis took away the stress I felt under due to the situation.When we arrived back in Keswick I was given a warm welcome from Gemma with the offer of a drink whilst filling in paperwork. Can not fault the service and support received.

Fantastic Service making a stressful situation so much easier. Hubby had a mountain bike accident 31/05/23. I was given Phils number from Britannia rescue. We had our motorhome with us and I can?t drive it, so Barry drove me home the following morning for me to pick our automatic car and drive me back to Keswick so I wasn?t overtired to drive onto Carlisle hospital. When I arrived at Keswick I was given a lovely caring welcome off Gemma. What a wonderful family friendly business.

I broke down while on holiday in Keswick and knowing I had to travel home the following day they took my car in, looked at the problem and fixed it and just charged me labour. Ok might not have been a major repair but for a family on holiday and not a mechanic myself you can imagine the stress of being stranded with the family not knowing when we could get home. ?
