We were having problems with the 12v battery in our Kona electric car. The garage were able to arrange a replacement within a couple of hours, but as they weren't trained on electric vehicles they couldn't fit it. Nevermind, they lent me a couple of spanners, gave some moral support and advice, disposed of the old battery... read full comment
