I needed a warm jumper, and this was the best place to buy it. A great range of outdoor products and the staff are really helpful. I ended up buying so much more than i planned but it was worth it.

Had to return an item that broke yesterday on its first outing. Absolutely no quibble first class service from the staff who replaced the item without question. Customer service at its best! I will purchase from them again! ?

Love this shop, been here for as long as I can remember. My mum and dad bought my first boots here when I was small. The staff are helpful and friendly and it is always worth a visit

Been here many times before but on this occasion l was quite disappointed in the service received.I wanted to buy a 'dry changing robe' and visited the shop on two consecutive days to get advice and guidance. Sadly this did not materialize and many of my questions were left unanswered. One assistant thought it more important for me to 'just have a look at them' while he went to have a chat with his friend. I know some people like to be left alone while browsing but l made a point of finding the assistant in the first place . I just feel that when you are making what I thought was an expensive purchase a little more interest and effort in creating a feel good factor could have been made.The lady on the till however was polar opposite and showed a lot of interest in our purchase. Fischer's have everything you could wish for your outdoor adventures just wished they were interested in the customer a bit more.
