“I had not long arrived in Keswick when I realized the rubber cap on the metal tip of my trek pole was finished. I went to several outdoor stores, even the brand store I bought it from. To no avail could I find this 'simple' piece. I have MS and really needed my pole to be in tact and not damage the cobble stone pathways, etc. These 2 gentlemen were so helpful & genuine. Now, there were not any left in stock. However, Ian excused himself for a moment while I talked with Riley. Next thing I know, Ian had returned with a replacement cap for my pole. While this may not seem like a big deal to many. Most store clerks would not go the extra mile to check iver stock or even suggest other places. They really are 2 very solid fellas. I have 3 sons and they love to know that sons from other mothers look out for their mum! Thanks so much Ian & Riley! You were my champions today. Great store, excellent service, knowledgeable people, and super prices. If you're looking for supplies from hiking & more, stop by Millets. Blessings to all who pass thru Keswick.”
