Registered in march 2023 due to working in Keswick. Went with right leg pain calf tightening of skin shooting pain. And round the knee stroke thigh area to . First doctor said low vitamin D. Second doctor said this all signs of sciaticaThree lots meds over six monthsPhysio and a chiropractor at my expense. Yesterday rushed to the QA hospital in Hampshire to be told you've got blood clot and it's deep vein thrombosis.Castle head medical centre has been shocking . I will report them to the quality care commission.

Twice I've applied here, twice I've brought all required documentation, twice ive stood there as my documentation was checked/photocopied, twice they've "lost" my application/ binned it and twice ive heard nothing from them nor had my applications returned to my home address although all contact details were provided...Legal action will be taken if this happens a 3rd time as I'm seriously behind on medication and help resulting in me losing my eyesightIt's beginning to look like discrimination...

We had an excellent experience here. We had to make a last minute appointment for a sick child. The reception staff were helpful in getting an appointment and friendly.We saw Dr Grove and he was fantastic. He put my son at ease and explained everything in a way we could understand. I would highly recommend the team.
