“We broke down whilst on holiday in the lake district and Gemma was so helpful. She couldn't arrange a tow for another hour but was worried about our safety so came to pick us up first and placed cones around the car so it was safe before pick up. We didn't have much headspace to problem solve in a stressful situation and Gemma provided so many solutions which without we would have been really stuck. We managed to get back home eventually and Gemma and the other staff checked in on us whilst we were awaiting a tow back home - definitely recommend for an honest, caring garage. Thank you”
