My name is Fiona Goodman and I have very recently experienced a tooth extraction. I had a traumatizing past experience with a different Dental Practice and so was very very anxious and worked up. I hadn't slept properly in over a week!!!!Elinor was the Dentist who dealt with the extraction from start to finish and I can honestly say, she was amazing. She was sympathetic to my feelings and i felt she genuinely listened to my fears.Once numbed (which didn't hurt either), she talked me through what to expect and assured me I wouldn't feel pain and if I did, I just needed to raise my hand and she would stop. I felt no pain whatsoever. It took literally seconds and it was all over and done with. I felt no pressure or pulling etc etc as I did with my previous experience. Elinor was amazing and talked to me throughout the process. I was getting nervous and so reached out to hold the Dental Assistant;s hand to which she replied "Its out and all done now"! I couldn't believe it! So so simple and straightforward.I cannot recommend Elinor and her assistant enough as she has massively alleviated my dental fears now!!!!!Thank you so much Elinor!

I have just completed a course of NHS treatment at BUPA Keswick. The whole process went like clockwork. The receptionist is unbelievably efficient, very caring and friendly and makes your visit feel very personal to you.The Dentist and staff are caring, friendly, very efficient and in my case, were exceptionally competent and professional. I couldn't find fault and only have praise for them.The surgery itself is immaculate and one of the cleanest I have been in. Again, I could not find fault in any aspect of cleanliness or hygiene.Overall, this practise is faultless and I think anyone who goes there, either for NHS or private treatment will get the best care that is available.

Whilst on holiday, I needed emergency dental treatment. Bupa were absolutely amazing. They managed to give me the treatment I needed. The staff both the receptionist and dental were so kind and professional. I would highly recommend using them.

Having been without a dentist for 18 months due to Covid I was expecting a long wait to access a dentist. Having called several in the county with no success BUPA in Keswick were extremely helpful and managed see both me and my son within two weeks of my call. Excellent service and care by everyone involved. Many thanks.

As expected, my visit to Bupa Dental Care, Keswick was totally professional and satisfactory. Jean, as usual excelled very friendly and calming role as their Receptionist enquiring as to my and my wife's health (by her name) and proceeded to explain the required forms to be completed. Jean is excellent in displaying a professional and interested member of the staff and as stated made it a pleasure to attend my appointment and at a Dentist is saying something!!!! Long may Jean continue to serve our community.

I am always happy with the service and Jean is always helpful and friendly. Have just been fitted in at short notice during this impossible covid time and was extremely impressed at the level of cleanliness and protection offered to both staff and patients. I felt totally safe in their hands. The dentist, Elenor was brilliant and made me feel very positive about the whole experience. Definitely 5 stars!

I can't say enough good things about the Bupa practice in Keswick.They are the most unbelievably friendly, helpful and professionally run dental practise I have ever been to.Jean the receptionist made me feel so valued as a patient, and the dentists were so understanding of my anxieties of getting any treatment done.I would honestly give them more than a 5 star rating if I could, as they defiantly do go over and above.And have exceded my every expectation of a dental practice.Thank you so much to everyone at Bupa Keswick Practice.

I needed an emergency repair for a broken tooth, which was causing a lot of pain. It was no effort to call and got through straight away. I managed to get an appointment that would suit me. Everyone at the practice was helpful and very caring, while following all of the COVID related rules. Jean especially was very helpful from start to finish. If all dentists were like this no one would ever be afraid to go.

I visited here for an emergency dentist appointment, the appointment was private and it was absolutely fantastic. I have a really bad phobia of the dentist and needles, however, Toby made me feel completely at ease, I was even laughing in the dentist chair, which has never happened! He made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and he explained everything perfectly. Laying out my options honestly and professionally. A huge thank you to everyone at the practice for making me feel so comfortable! Every member of staff there is a true professional, especially Toby!

Fantastic experience. I had a little crisis on the 31st of December but the dental practice was closed and with it being bank holiday it wasn't due open until Monday the 4th January. I decided to leave an email with my problem. My email was picked up by the super efficient Jean. She gave me a call first thing on the Monday morning. Jean said that the dentist would be in touch later on. Elinor called me within an hour or so. I was given an appointment for a convenient time. I was so grateful that I could be seen, especially in the current circumstances. Jean greeted me at the practice and made me feel at ease straight away. The practice was very covid secure. Elinor was very efficient and professional. She had my tooth sorted in no time. I can't thank the practice enough for dealing with my crisis in these uncertain times. I would certainly recommend this dental practice.
