DO NOT use the photo printing service here. I spent a lot of money on printing a set of photos of which a majority came out rubbish and unusuable. Firstly, the facility and guidance for editing and reviewing photos before printing is unclear. Secondly, no receipts given either by the machine or the staff so as a customer there's no recourse if things go wrong. Finally, if you have a problem, the staff (particularly the management) are EXTREMELY unhelpful and unsympathetic. Very rude and very poor customer service!

???Absolutely appalling service with attitude. Been there for over 10 years for my daily medication. The manager decided that he would not sell it to me and to buy off the shelf which was 4 times the price for a third of the amount. Think they prefer profit to actually helping. Went to Cohen's Pharmacy ??in Keswick, no problem at all, friendly and polite and they gave me my medication required

Awful - do not go. Staff were more interested in chatting than answering my question. When did they did answer, they?ve pointed me to a medication that I?m not actually able to have despite me giving them details of the exact ingredients I needed to avoid. I didn?t check until I was out of the shop, my fault for trusting the pharmacist knew what they were on about!!

Had a problem getting one of my meds before I came away, so temporarily changed to Boots Keswick for GP to send there electronically. That didn't happen! The pharmacist I think his name was Jian (?) was super helpful and managed to get me sorted with an emergency supply. I wish everyone was this helpful! Thank you!!

Came to Keswick for a holiday but forgot my prescription medication but this was no problem as the pharmacist was able to access my NHS record, issue a prescription and supply me with the necessary medication. Phew!

On new medication which was causing side affects (I was unwell and emotional). Away from home so couldn?t see GP. Can?t thank the female Pharmacist who was working Thursday 1/9/22 enough for discussing issue with me. She went above with her empathy and kindness. They say it?s the little things that have the biggest impact - so true. I hope this thank you gets to her ?
