Went in to look around. Spotted a coat I liked so went to try it on. The security tag was looped through the sleeve and under the hem of the coat so it was impossible to actually see what it looked like. Approached an assistant to ask for the tag to be removed so that I could try it properly but they refused saying that I couldn't try it on. Whilst they employ staff like this then they don't deserve custom!!

This shop opened later than similar shops in Keswick. The shop was clean and staf were friendly. A reasonable range of products in store with some itemsmon sale.

Just needs to be more competitive on price and improve efficiency. I still had to ask for the price of some goods as they were unlabelled - while staff stood around seemingly less than fully occupied?

This a great store for outdoor clothing and camping equipment. They have clothing that is suitable for all weathers.The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is in the middle of Keswick. They often have discounted items.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The store is laid out very nicely and it's quite easy to find what you're looking for. There are some bargains to be had with their deals and today there was a clearance rail. Blacks seem to care about its customers.
