I called in here yesterday making it clear I wasn't in a position to buy but merely seeking advice.The staff couldn't have been more helpful they listened and answered my questions with the appropriate advice.I will now be buying a sleeping bag and mat from Alpkit within the next couple of months thanks to the staff at Keswick,I think the guys name was Rob who showed me the gear to buy.Thanks for such unbiased and professional help.

Brilliant company and the Alpkit Keswick and Ambleside stores are fantastic. Aplkit's products are well designed and function well.I started with their dry bags and they have lasted years. I recently purchased a wetsuit and swimming float.Highly recommend that you check them out for your outdoor gear needs.

Went in to browse a few bits of kit. Came out with a Sonder Broken Road mtb! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and just really genuine. Quality gear, excellent customer service and an all round really ethical company. Always a pleasure to shop in any of their stores ?

Incredible job patching my almost new jacket. I stupidly gouged a massive rip into it when I leaned against a pebbled dashed wall. I genuinely can't believe how good the repair is, it's incredibly neat with perfect machine stitching. Thank you SO much.
