Very unprofessional managers.I don't believe the carers are five stars in my experience either but they certainly do a better job then the managers with there faulty assessments . Most of the carers were nice but still didn't feel they had time to make a basic soup in an hours time. They seemed to not know what to do if had spare time , so the plan wasn't very well set out for carers coming.Manager don't believe in rare or complex medical conditions. And they are judgemental of those. They could of learnt from me if they met me so they could learn to help others who may be similar to me but they won't able help people like me or similar cause they just don't have the time to understand better . All I need to say.

It's nearly three years since I have had westmorland homecare. Being on the younger side of life (before 50, you are closer to birth!! - kids eh.Anyway I have had really terrible ? experiences with the previous companies - but since I have WH there has been no blips, I can't deny my carers "really do care about me" and with everything up in the air, and nothing plain sailing. They are sailing with me and whatever happens I know kelsey has my back ???
