Absolutely awful customer service.I got one of their mobile broadbands which comes with a 14 day return guarantee for whatever reason.I was not satisfied with the 5G coverage in my area and so I returned it before the 14 days ran out.Somehow they charged me £35 after 1 month since I forgot to cancel my Direct Debit and after multiple times contacting them and visiting the store to confirm the full refund they only return £22.Never experienced this awful service and a world renowned company that cheats clients.I repeatedly confirmed with the billings department that £35 would be sent back.Furthermore, its basically impossible to get in touch with them via email or anyhow.Absolutely would not recommend it, you can pay a bit more with another company and get 20 times the service and trust.

Very poor unhelpful service from this Kendal store. No going the extra mile not customer service skills, appalling attitude and no greeting when walking in or even a hello or getting off the chair. Only customer inthe shop so not busy at all, no excuses. Will not be using them again!
