At these stores go this one in Kendal is kept particularly neat and well stocked. The selection is always different and we always find something when we go. This Kendal location is in the center of the best part of town for more shops, lunch or coffee

Manager and staff under the false delusion that you need a receipt to return faulty goods. You DO NOT need a receipt in these circumstances. original packaging or bank statement meet your statutory rights. Do not be duped by staff if you have to return faulty goods and they state it is company policy that you have to have a receipt. My husband returned a faulty item 1 day after purchase and was made to feel small and was belittled when he tried to state his rights. He was simply told it was company policy. Do not fall for this scam.
