Appalling experience here at The Body Shop Kendal. The staff member had a very rude and unfriendly attitude. I politely asked for a sample of a facial cream she glared at me rudely, I showed her which one it was and she said this wouldn't be suited for my skin (I had previously used this particular range before) she then showed me another version from a different range and sampled me the most minuscule amount possible. She claimed this would be enough for 2 uses, which it clearly wasn't. The sample was in a 5ml pot, the portion given however was more like 0.1ml.
