While I am pleased with my new specs I find they keep slipping down my nose so I have to push them up all the time. The lady who served me tightened them up but I?ve never had this problem in the past with other Specsavers glasses. Is the shape of the frames likely to be the problem?

I can't recommend Specsavers Kendal enough. Following a call about a problem with my vision - I'd been referred by my doctor, I was seen the same morning. The team could not have been more helpful, supportive and thorough. The optician got her diagnosis spot on and I had a follow up appointment in Lancaster the next day. This prompt and immediate support would not have been possible without that initial help and fantastic assistance from the team in Kendal. My sincere thanks to them!

Staff do not like people on benefits. As we Hurd while waiting to go in . I use to find kendal specsavers in town really helpful. Not anymore

I get blown away each time I visit Supersavers. What a fabulous company. I normally go to the Bury store but found I had a little issue with my glasses whilst on holiday in the lakes. Absolutely no problem sorting them out for me. The staff in Kendal were so super & friendly. Big thank you to you all. ??

After a week of sore eye and with a history of eye problem I booked an appointment with Kendal Spesavers who were efficient and reassurig. Would thoroughy recommend them.
