Absolutely fantastic convenience store with the most amazing bakery at the back! If you ever need a fresh sandwich, pastry, pie, cake, cookie, tray bake etc., I recommend giving this place a try ?
The staff are also lovely ?
Please note, if Google says this place is permanently closed, that's a load of rubbish... I popped in today and spoke to the staff when Google said it was permenantly closed and it seems like someone has a grudge against them, or is trying to reduce competition, as it keeps happening ?

Omg we love the instore bakery items. We visit kendal regularly and a trip to the shop is always on our cards. If we don't visit during our trip, we always visit on our way home and stock up on cakes and pastries. We always have orders from friends on what to bring home.The staff are always great and always friendly.

Popped in for a few bits and pieces and WOW, the instore bakery is the best in Kendal, cakes and pies galore. The rest of the shop was really well stocked and great prices too.

I come to the Lake district every year from London and the bakery is incredible. Very friendly staff and amazing baked goods. Best carrot cake and chocolate floorboards I have ever tasted!! (You can't get chocolate floorboards in London so never get rid of them please haha)
