“Not only is the services a lovely place to stop on your journey but the staff/management go over and beyond to make your visit a happy one. We stopped at the services on route to Manchester and my daughter dropped her Apple air pods in the car park. The management kept the safe until we could send the necessary paid postage envelope to send them back. They posted the bus the post office to ensure we could track there safe return. “Easy place to find and the multi storey car park had plenty of spaces. Quickly found the entrance to the shopping centre from the carpark & had a walk around. There are a number of empty units but the shops that were open were varied in what was being sold. The walkways between the shops were quite wide and so it was really comfortable to walk without continually bumping into people.”
