    While waiting for counter services staff stood around doing nothing except asking people coming in if they require help only to tell them to wait for counter services and ask them to join the queue. The member of staff then stands there doing nothing nothing - there are 3 counters but only ever one member of staff behind... read full comment

    Been with Santander for a long time and I'm still happy with the services.
    But closing my local branch now means a 20 mile trip to my nearest branch - so I knocked a star off as retaliation!![7

    Used this branch for a long time could not fault any of the staff 100% better than Barclays where I was
