“I went to the post office today, to send off a parcel to the USA. My parcel was a little over 2kg so it would of cost me a fortune to send it, but the girl who served me (didn’t catch her name) advised me to either split it into two packages or take one bag of chocolates out to make it under 2kg. So I took the bag of chocolates out which saved me about £30. She helped me repackage the parcel. Which was so kind.”

“Tried to post a number of parcels via Parcel force 24 hour. I had missed the van by 5 minutes and they rang around the other post offices to try and find the next stop for me which they did not have to do. This is whats called customer service and something you see very little of these days. Highly recommended place for anything you are wanting to post. Gary”
