After considering eye lens replacement, I contacted optical express and booked an appointment at the Kendal office. After a fabulous consultation, Surgery wasn?t appropriate for me at this present time in my life, but the way the staff conducted themselves and performed the examinations that were required to come to the conclusion were fantastic. It just proved to me that they weren?t just there to make money or to try and persuade people to have the procedure, but to advise people of the best thing for there Health for now and in the future. I used Optical Express after being recommended by a family member after they used them for laser eye surgery. The staff at the Kendal branch are all very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I was never left waiting around too long, and any time I was waiting I was always offered a brew. The staff put me at ease about the operation, and although they don't do the surgery at Kendal, it makes it far easier having all the pre and post op appointments locally. Would recommend Optical Express to anyone.
