After going into the branch 5 times And being promised that the tariff will be reduced they have still not implemented the change. Obviously too difficult for the staff, can't be bothered or they would lose commission by reducing a tariff. Either way abysmal service. One star is too generous.I will now try a 6th visit ???I've now tried for the 6th time. Still the tariff remains the same. Each time I receive an email from O2 stating the tariff will change and each time it doesn't.O2 kendal have no phone contact numbers on their Web site. Absolute joke of a company.Next step Ofcom

I visited this shop , and had first class service, they all went over and above their jobs, friendly, helpfull customer care, I,ve been back again it was excellent service. I could recommend this phone shop to anyone. How ever big or small your question is, their service it excellent, DEFINITELY worth a visit. Great choice of phones.

I?m never going to try and sort out new stuff online again! Had a problem with a contract I?d upgraded online with o2, fully expecting to be told that since I?d started it online, it would have to be sorted online. Nope! John was super helpful, we figured out a workaround and I walked out with a new phone and a store discount which actually made it cheaper than the ?exclusive online offer?.There?s still so much to be said for being able to talk face-to-face with a human being instead of ridiculous call centres. Highly recommended!

I've been an O2 customer since I got my first smartphone and have generally liked the service. However, recently I was a victim of fraud and the team has been incredible in helping me get my phone back. Especially thanks goes to Tommy for keeping in contact and helping me with the appropriate action as well as being very supportive.

Hi Welcome to O2, was my greeting. I was wanting to buy a mobile phone, Samsung, to put my o2 sim card in , can you help, we havent got many options really and he went on to try and sell me a contract. Look is there a Samsung Phone I can buy yo my sim card in. Reply, we havent got many options really. I turned on my heels and heard a feeble, Thanks for visiting o2. o2 are falling so far behind other providers, I have 4 family members on O2, been with them for over 25 years. NOT FOR MUCH LONGER.

Fabulous (when you consider I've just been converted from carrier piegeons to high tec communication) the service was top notch and they explained everything would highly recommend them and their customer service backup is (in my opinion) faultless.

I went in to look for a new phone this week, I thought I knew what I wanted but they explained to me all the pros and cons of each and I went with something completely different in the end, but I am very happy I did. They were a very knowledgeable friendly team, we had a laugh whilst setting everything up and I got a great deal thanks to the help from Tommy. Really happy with the service and that I decided to switch to 02 :)

Tommy just made my Saturday morning so easy. Had sim contracts with ee for years and had to jump through hoops and spend ages on phone to customer services to update 2 phones. Walked into 02, saw Tommy, 5 minutes later sorted with new contracts for 2 phones on same bill. Easy. Half the price too. Star man!
