I emailed Nigel Byroms to help rectify a problem with our lounge carpet at our holiday home, ( not initially fitted by Nigel Byroms)
Within minutes Aaron replied and arranged for their carpet fitters to call. They arrived as arranged and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
I would certainly recommend them and will 100% be in touch with them for any other flooring purchases. We have dealt with Nigel previously and always receive a superb service.

Recently purchased a mattress last minute from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It is evident to me that the quality of customer service, superb quality of products across all their portfolio is exceptional and at very reasonable prices. Definitely the best go to furnisher in Cumbria for my money. Superb in every way.

Had a vinyl floor from Nigel, for a kitchen. Extremely helpful no nonsense advice. Fitted professionally in record time. Excellent job. Great price. Can't fault. Would definitely recommend. (How refreshing today)

like the other reviewer I am an ex serviceman and was delighted and really touched by the help I got from Nigel and family. At their own cost they donated a bed base and headboard after I mentioned I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor.They even delivered it to me on a Sunday even though i live over 10 miles from Kendal. Nigel is the son of serviceman and understood my situtation entirely. I would certainly recommend them, and will be visiting their shop to buy more furniture. Thanks Nigel and Sharon.
