I called in today cause I never had my dog with me, I do like a maccies but I normally have my dog with me so I don't call in because there is nowhere to attach my dog apart from the lamppost near the road, if the were some hooks on the outside of the building I'd call in more often as id feel safer with my dog close to the premises and in veiw.

We waited for 2 and half hours the food was cold the Uber was sweating at us and chicken nuggets were eaten !!!

I was waiting for 2 hours for my delivery and when they got here the food was cold and stale and was missing 8 chicken nuggets, they told us that it was busy but I had a friend there saying it was empty, they driver also swore at us when they gave us our food.

No parking attached to this restaurant so parked in the town library carpark down the road.
Our food order wasn't correct as they had forgotten one of the items so had to queue at the counter to sort that out.
The dining area looked clean and tidy. However it was quite chilly sat at the tables near the main entrance as this restaurant doesn't have the staggered double doors entrance so when anyone entered it was quite draughty.

Just went there at 22:40 There was light on, one person mopping floors, two people chatting to each other at the counter, but doors remained closed. If you're advertising to be open till 11pm, then be open. This was on Thursday, 27th of February 2025.

Stood at the counter for over 25 minutes waiting to be served due to the self service hardly work and still no one came to take my order so ended up walking out and eating else where and this is jot the first time this has happened

Clean and well maintained. Toilets clean and tidy too. Can be crazy busy at peak times but still rapid turnaround.

So many times over the years that my husband and I got the wrong orders, missing Sauces, cold and stale food and so many calls to just get offerd a refund or walk to pick up another order which is correct but the fact that you pay for delivery then have to walk 30 min due to there incompetence is unbelievable, not to mention it happens every order , I will not be using this mcdonalds anymore , I understand you don't expect much from a mcdonalds order but if they can't get a order right many times it's just stressful and a waist of time and money .

There's always something missing from the order. Don't bother ordering for delivery. At least in the store you can get any missing items but you can't when it's delivered. The last 3 times there's been items missing. Just a joke. I don't know how they mess up the order, it should be easy to pack what's listed on the order list.

Every single time we order one of these they forget something, whether that be dips, straws or even entire meals. Absolutely useless, feckless.
