I ordered two small cakes frills that would easily have fit into an envelope...I'm guessing the person who put them in this enormous box for dispatch doesn't like their job ...either that or the training they get is non-existant (even though you would think not putting something so tiny in a box that size would be basic common sense!). Won't bother ordering again from Lakeland if this is how wasteful they are.
