Excellent service from Lakeland Kitchens from initial design, through to installation and after sales.
Mel really listened to our requirements and came up with multiple design options for discussion. Mel was exceptionally patient as we made endless tweaks to the design. We had a number of site visits from both Mel and Ian to ensure the design and measurements worked which paid dividends through installation which was problem free.
Jim?s attention to detail throughout the installation was faultless.
The kitchen looks amazing and has exceeded our expectations. This is our 2nd kitchen from Lakeland and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them.

Complete kitchen renewal
All the units were a German brand and good design and quality. The initial discussion and design stage was fine.
However the experience deteriorated once installation started:-Poor communication and lack of consideration to us as customers. They ordered and installed the wrong colour splashback so the correct one had to be stuck on top; the sink had to be installed twice as the plans weren?t delivered correctly; the cupboards were sagging due to the weight of the extractor fan and the side cupboards hadn?t be redesigned as agreed so both had to be fitted properly; after a few weeks the worktop showed signs of lifting at the joints as there was one situated too close to the sink which should have been considered at the start so this had to be replaced and the replacement needed to avoid that mistake. However nobody came to assess what needed to be done before reordering the exact same lengths of laminate as originally so although it?s slightly better it?s not ideal.
All throughout there was poor communication leaving us not knowing who was coming when and which required us to phone the company many times before any response was given. Our treatment at the end made us feel that we weren?t considered valued customers.

Charlotte and her team have worked miracles in our small cottage. Initially we had planned to replace like-for-like and after the initial survey, Charlotte produced drawings to our brief but then showed us an additional design she thought would work in the limited space. To us the alternative design was a revelation and a couple of months later we had a brand new kitchen with up-to-date modern appliances. The strip-out and installation teams were extremely efficient, on time and professional. Hi,As you all appreciate choosing a new kitchen is a huge decision. The cost can be daunting and can't be entered into lightly. After a comprehensive search around the south lakeland area I decided to go with "Lakeland Kitchens, Kendal" I found Nathan and indeed all the office staff friendly and knowledgeable on all things kitchen! Their help and advice was invaluable. A special thanks must go to all the delivery and fitting team, you did an excellent job. Good decisions can only be made if you can trust the team around you. I have two amazing kitchens fitted by Lakeland Kitchens , one in my old property, which really enhanced the house and was an amazing selling point , The latest kitchen was fitted when we did alterations to the property, wonderful design by Matthew , who took my wishes into consideration, lovely modern kitchen, easy to clean surfaces and worktops, lots of storage space, eye level cooker, floating breakfast bar, the heart of my home is the kitchen , thank you Matthew and all the staff at Lakeland kitchens

Had my kitchen fitted by Lakeland Kitchens in October 2022. Couldn?t fault them from start to finish, they were in contact with me frequently to discuss every detail to make sure it was perfect. Being heavily pregnant it was a huge relief to have such a helpful company. Very pleased with our new kitchen. We live in an old house, so not entirely straightforward and a few hidden problems along the way. However great communications with Charlotte who helped with every step of the project and was always available Special thanks also to Neil, the fitter who was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!
