After having a nightmare of a breakdown, Lakeland car centre were very helpful and friendly in trying to find the fault with my car. Sadly time restraints ment they didn't find the fault.
If I lived in the area I'd highly recommend and use.

Had to use this garage due to breaking down on the motorway miles from home. It was great of the garage to take my car in and do the repair.
However despite the repair costing me over £1800 they did not refill my engine oil (after draining it to refit the gearbox), nearly causing my engine to seize half the way home? felt a bit negligent considering the price of the repair! Lovely staff however.

Absolutely wonderful garage Steve and the team were great and super kind in getting my Jeep sorted super quick as the battery went and was super hard sourcing the battery but they managed to get it sorted within a day as we were on holiday in the Lake District. Wish I lived closer as this has been the best garage I?ve ever used kept me informed the whole time and worked miracles!! Thank you to everyone at the car centre :) can?t recommend them enough!

Fantastic service been a few times with my car and always had good service. Good communication and always told me what was wrong and told me how much and when would be done. Definitely would recommend Fantastic service every time.

I'll never ever refer this company to anyone , no communication our van stay there for over two weeks no proper diagnostic service and the result they charged £194.86 .

This garage is fantastic.
Helpful, honest, friendly staff (esp Steve and Anna).
Clean surroundings with some classic cars to look at in awe too.

A garage run by friendly and enthusiastic petrol heads, as evidenced by the interesting collection of cars in the showroom.
Front discs/pads on my Fiat van inspected, new ones sourced and fitted within 2 hours. Almost as fast and efficient as an F1 pit stop, but fortunately run by the affable Steve, rather than the irascible Bernie Ecclestone!!
Excellent service and friendly, approachable staff. Jenny on reception has a lovely smile too!
Thanks so much to all of you. You haven't seen the last of me!

Avoid Lakeland Car Centre at all costs. Following my car being recovered there after a breakdown, it was there for months. Absolute lack of communication and I spent a lot of my time chasing them. Ultimately my car was moved to a dealership who discovered Lakeland Car Centre had fitted second hand injectors that were rusty and had failed, but had charged me for brand new ones. When I queried this with them their story kept changing and they were forced to pay for the dealership to fix the problem they had caused. Nothing was ever their fault.

My car?s clutch was broken on the way to Whinfell Forest Center Parcs on 21 Dec. AA recovery kindly sent my car to AA approved garage ?Lakeland Car Centre? in the evening. The following day was the garage's last working day before Christmas. I worried about whether my car can be fixed on time.I met the manager in early morning, he was very kind and helpful. He asked his technician to check my car and kept me updated on the progress. They worked very hard and got my car fixed before lunch time. It was very impressive. Great service!

RAC brought me here last minute in a Friday when we broke down halfway down from Scotland to the south coast. These guys pulled out all the stops to fit us in and get us back on the road. Even took me into to the garage to explain what they had to do to fix the car. I don't review often but this is a well deserved 5 stars.
