Amazing customer service!!! Rang Kwik Fit, Kendal late on a Friday afternoon after a serious problem occurred with my exhaust. Spoke with Barney who said to call in as they were open until 6pm and they'd see what they could do. I handed over the keys and was working out how to reschedule all my engagements when Barney came back into the reception waiting room to tell me everything was fixed!!! He'd identified that it could be sorted there and then and I was on my way before I knew it! Very, very much appreciated and thanks a million Kwik Fit, Kendal!!!!

I dealt with Barney. Lovely chap. Up here on holiday in the camper van and the air conditioning packed up. Barney dealt with me as a walk in. No booking. I left my van there, walked into town to Baba Ganoush, had the most amazing lunch, walked back and Barney had my van done and waiting to go. It needed a full re gas. Outstanding service and polite and friendly. Great service and very reasonably priced too. 10/10. 5stars.

Had a new tyre put on here a few weeks ago and they didn't seal it properly so paid £185 for the pleasure + an extra £30 elsewhere to get it resealed. Wouldn't recommend

Fantastic service after I damaged a tyre by hitting a rock wall. The Manager slotted me in despite a busy Saturday schedule and completed the fitting of a new tyre ahead of the indicated time.
Very polite, respectful and professional - saved our holiday!

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Albert at Kwik Fit, and I can honestly say he?s one of the best customer service experiences I?ve ever had at any garage. From the moment I arrived, Albert was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything clearly without rushing me, made sure I understood my options, and gave honest advice instead of pushing unnecessary extras.
What really stood out was the care and attention he gave?he treated my car as if it were his own and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. You don?t often come across staff who combine knowledge, professionalism, and a warm personality so naturally, but Albert does.
Kwik Fit is lucky to have him?employees like Albert are the reason customers keep coming back. He truly deserves recognition

Walking in to garage as a woman can be so stressful (especially on a Sunday with a puncture a long way from home) but the team were really polite, helpful, non judgemental (my car was a state). They sorted me out a new wheel super fast despite being busy and I was so very grateful
