SteveI have read your reply, which consists of your standard cut & paste response to anyone who challenges or complains.To try and finally bring this matter to an amicable outcome, can I suggest that you review ALL the previous exchanges regarding the problem with my vehicle. I have repeatedly tried to reach out over the last 3-months (via telephone calls, e-mails and visits) - respectfully, what else do you expect me to do or say? Currently I perceive a dismissive culture/attitude permeating throughout the dealership at Kentdale (Land Rover).Kentdale (Land Rover) has become a travesty, compared to how it used to be. Kentdale were fantastic especially Oliver. Couldn?t fault him. Always returned calls and emails and kept us updated at all times. Answered any questions we had. Oliver is a credit to Kentdale. Also thanks to Mark who did the handover for our new Defender-spent time with us explaining various aspects. Another credit to Kentdale. Would recommend Kentdale with no hesitation.
