New stair carpet and bespoke rug. Amazing service, beautiful carpet, the bounciest underlay (!) and the carpet fairies removed, installed, hoovered, and put everything back as it was in the blink of an eye. Seriously impressive, I would highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews but in the case of Gareth and team, I felt I owed them one! I was forced to move fitting dates on numerous occasions due to delays with other trades completing and despite this, was offered understanding and respect at all times. Gareth and team installed the work and went above and beyond to ensure the fitting was conducted as perfectly as possible, despite parts of the work falling outside of their quote. Gareth was always available and even went so far as to call in when en route to and from other jobs to check on progress of other trades and send me pictures of it whilst I was abroad!The result of their efforts is incredible and being a well known perfectionist, I can't find even a single fault. Gareth was good on his word in ensuring the team finished off the last part of the work when other wet trades had finished with the stairwell and also to complete a small amendment when they could have easily delayed this by considering it as non priority work.It'll be myself that's lucky if they ever work for us as a family again and not the other way around!Thanks Gareth and team for a brilliant experience and I'm sorry for the delays incurred by me and stress I must have caused you behind the scenes!

Since moving into our new house just over a year ago, Highgate Carpets have provided and fitted all the carpets right across the property. The selection of carpet that they have to choose from is amazing, the prices are extremely competitive, and the fitting has been superb. We cannot overstate how pleased we are with the full service that they have provided.

Highly recommended. Great shop with superb advice and range. We had Amtico supplied and fitted. All within 3 weeks of ordering, even though the range we chose is made to order. Fitter was outstanding and quality of the work exceptional. We are very pleased with everything.
