Ian is a fab mechanic as is Dave. After me, thinking there was an issue initially with alternator they did a thorough diagnostics test. Dave took it out for a big run. Both alternator and battery are fine. I now have peace of mind that it should be ok now. ?

Fantastic service!Drove from Ambleside to do some shopping in Kendal, smoke was coming from driver side wheel so I called into Gerald Davies as really worried - he knew what the problem was straight away and even better, ordered the part and repaired it that afternoon. Very impressed & grateful - will definitely go back and highly recommend

Long story short, I was due to drive home to Bath yesterday 14/8, suffice to say after filling up in Oxenholme my car would not start. I was recovered to Gerald's garage and it was fixed by 6pm 14/8 and I was on my way at 8.30 this morning.Absolutely bloody amazing and thank you so very much.
