What he told me is that Texaco are putting special ingredients in the fuel to make him happy and it kind of tastes like orange juice. I tried a sip just to make sure and the staff told me not to put the nozzle near my mouth again or they would call the police. I think they over reacted so much because Texaco is trying to keep it secret so the people don't find out but their cars are still being happy and I support them in doing that.”

“This is an automated petrol station and you have to pay by card and have £99 on your card which is held until you have finished fuelling. You can obtain a receipt and the whole process is very quick. You would have to goto the Superstore if you had an issue, no receipt for example. The prices are a few pence cheaper and you can check them on Compare the Market website.”

“My son and I stopped here late on 24 Dec as services closed (thankfully). The lads on the counter were very pleasant, we bought Diesel along with toasted sarnies and hot chocolate. The toilets were lovely and clean and I have to say, even though BP charge more than local garages, it was worth the extra for good service and clean facilities. I've used Killington Lakes before but not the garage am so glad McD etc were closed as found a nicer stopover. Well done to those who work at this garage.”

“Place can get busy when the school next door is emptying and filling. Pump access can be a problem sometimes as there can be queues and badly positioned vehicles. The staff are very good & there is a reasonable selection of snacks, papers, milk etc.”

“Good location for fuel and car washing with a choice of auto brush wash or jet wash. And there's an efficient vacuum cleaner for the interior. Topped up the air in the tyres to complete the job. Staff are very friendly and helpful.”
