A really bad and unprofessional service. I ordered £60 flowers for my mum's birthday and they were delivered to the wrong address! The driver simply guessed he was at the right property instead of phoning me to check on the contact number I had provided. Only two properties have the postcode. When it got to gone 5pm and still no flowers I got in touch with the florist who claimed they'd been delivered. The owner said "they have been delivered, they're somewhere in that area because my driver is really conscientious" blah blah. Is this the level of service to be expected? They're "somewhere" in that area? It turns out the driver had been knocking on the door of the empty farmhouse down the lane. He left the flowers outside which is where they remained all afternoon. Despite paying for delivery I had to walk down the lane in rain and pitch black to try and find the flowers. By this time the box was badly damaged. When I complained about the service, the owner was very defensive and just went on about being in business for 25 years and priding herself on professionalism. Save your money.

I cannot thank Claire enough for my amazing wedding flowers. From start to end Claire understood my vision and the flowers turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined. Claire was always quick to respond when I needed to change things or had questions, and even when disaster struck in the form of a peony shortage, she had it under control! On the day everything was set up and delivered to all the right places, in perfect timing. I could not recommend Flowers By Arrangement more highly if you are considering them for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

I cannot recommend Claire enough! I was absolutely over the moon with my wedding bouquets and flower arch. I know nothing about flowers and have a pretty vague description of what I was after, and claire took it from there. They looked absolutely amazing and exactly what I was after. Thanks again for helping to make our day the best ever.

Amazing experience called in this morning and the assistant who was covering was amazing the two bouquets I was buying were ripped due to the wind and rain and she rewapped them and made them look fabulous Claire and Ian should be so proud your shop is fantastic

Flowers by Arrangement provided the flowers for my October wedding and I could not have been happier. Claire really listened to what I wanted and created the most stunning Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, button holes and vase arrangements. We went in around fifteen minutes before they were due to close, felt so rushed putting together flowers in small bunch for my deceased mother. The manager was so cold, so irritated, so stern, not only that, the flowers fell apart before I'd even got them.in the vase. I would have been better just buying a ready made bouquet from m and s.

Interflora's website was useless- only two addresses in the postcode accepted (in Cumbria). Found Flowers by Arrangement on line and called to speak to a clearly busy young lady called Claire, who despite the season and challenges of low stocks of blooms promised to make up a bouquet suitable for me for Christmas Eve delivery. Wonderful service, delightful personality and I hope a display of flowers to brighten my cousin's Christmas!

Ordered through Flowers by Arrangement many a time and would go back again and again. Wonderful attention to detail and somehow always manage to get the bouquet absolutely spot on for anniversaries and valentines days.

Despite assuring me that they could deliver Valentine's flowers to my wife in the centre of Kendal (a five minute walk from their premises), and charging £5 delivery, this florist failed to hit the 4 hour window they were given. The excuse of being "very busy" because it was Valentines day should not really be a valid argument from a florist that has taken the money and the order. Their one saving grace was they fessed up and have promised a refund.

I've always found the team very helpful and the flowers I've ordered over the phone have been fresh and beautifully arranged. Efficient service. Not giving 5 stars for any other reason than no-one is perfect!
