Fantastic friendly service. Upgraded our Bunkhouse with 29 new mattresses. The quality is just fantastic and value for money, all made to order. Great commination throughout and all delivered in a timely manor before we reopened. They Took all our old mattresses away (very pleased to say goodbye to them)Will defiantly continue to use Feather and Springs for future Business. Our Guests are defiantly going to have a much more comfortable nights sleep.

I had been suffering from a painful back, struggling to turn over comfortably or get out of bed without pain. My mattress was 19 years old, so after some shopping around I bought a fabulous one from Feathers and Springs.I have not looked back, great comfortable nights? sleep from the start.I would highly recommend Feathers and Springs for quality, their excellent customer service and advice along with them being made locally?.. cinched it for me.A very good company.

We had a good experience buying an organic mattress with two different firmness ratings. The staff explained the pros and cons or each type of mattress very clearly and their showroom was set up to test them out before committing. The end result was delivered on time and is exactly as promised. Lovely company.

Just had delivery of our new hand made natural fabric mattress, so very excited! I love to support local business & my choice was a good one in this case. Outstanding service & the delivery team did an incredible job manoeuvreing the old mattress & new mattress up & down the stairs....no mean feat with a super king.... ?. I'm in the process of ordering my second mattress from Feather and Springs, and this time with a divan base. Excellent mattresses and top notch customer service, especially impressive considering the difficulties created by the current pandemic restrictions. Very highly recommended.

We recently purchased a bed from Feather and Springs for our son. The mattress is excellent quality and our son says he loves his new bed and is very cosy! The headboard and divan base are also of very high quality, the material looks very stylish and is nice and soft to touch. We dealt with Ben who kept us well informed with our order and organised a very swift delivery. The delivery drivers phoned an hour prior to delivery and were spot on.We would have no hesitation in recommending Feather and Springs.

Warning Poor service poor quality mattress this company hides all the bad reviews please avoid at all cost my partner bought a mattress from here the mattress is faulty refused to replace even those apparently under guarante we spent alot of money please do not remove this review Google this is a genuine complaint I can prove with evidence if you are in any doubt please email me, this is how they remove unwanted bad reviews they report as malicious .this is not true I am a genuine customer.

We recently purchased a holiday let business and needed to replace all the beds. I am delighted to say we purchased these from Feathers and Springs in kendal. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the team for there advise and support.Feedback from our guests has been excellent, many reporting how comfortable the beds are.
