Went today as we do ever year for our Xmas shopping sadly it will be our last. I find the shop soulless the staff have no time for it?s customers in fact I don?t think they are bothered if anyone buys anything. Why oh why you closed the Carlisle shop I will never know compared to the service I received today it was like night and day. Just to add after that we went to White Stuff welcomed as soon as we went through the door.

There seems to be less and less reasons to come to kendal, came today with my 13year old daughter to find you've had a refit and now no longer stock kids clothes. No need for us to return again.
