Outstanding Customer Service from Charlotte at Enviroguard
I had an urgent issue recently when FedEx lost a parcel I needed for a job scheduled on Monday. After being passed around in circles by FedEx with no resolution, I called Charlotte at Enviroguard?stressed and unsure what to do next.
Charlotte was immediately understanding and proactive. She told me straight away that she would get in touch with FedEx directly and sort it out. Within an hour, she called me back to let me know that while she still couldn?t get through to FedEx, she had already sent out a replacement parcel to ensure I wouldn?t be left stuck for Monday?s job.
She reassured me that she?d handle FedEx herself and didn?t want me worrying about it?which was such a huge relief. Charlotte was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, and she truly went above and beyond to help.
I can?t recommend Enviroguard enough?a genuinely trustworthy company with exceptional service. Thank you again, Charlotte!

Chris was amazing today he spent a lot of time in my home doing an amazing job job! I tried treated the rats my self with no help from my next door neighbours and not muck help from the council worth every penny

Technician lied about servicing my home on 1/22/25. I received and email stating that the service was complete. I immediately contacted customer service advised them that the technician never came to my house. I told them I was home the whole time (waiting for the appointment) and the technician never showed up. I also advised that my security system shows nobody came to my home.
I was advised that they would get in contact with the technician to see what's going on, and maybe they went to the wrong address in my neighborhood (wtf) like it was my problem that the technician may have serviced the wrong address. They never called me back.
A few hours later I received another email stating that I now was billed for the service. Called customer service again, and was told the technician knocked on the door and no one answered (mind you I'm home waiting for the appointment and have 3 mini schnauzers that would alert me) again security cameras shows no one came to my home.
I've had several problems Enviroguard not showing up for scheduled appointments, but this was the last straw.

It?s a scam and it just plain doesn?t work. They treated our new construction before we moved in August. The last treatment was December 10 but still see ants everywhere and some other bug I?ve never seen. Now they want to hold me to a cancellation fee?what a scam.

I can highly recommend the solar panel bird proofing system. The pre cut mesh lengths and speed clips are superb and easy to use. The service and support from the Enviroguard team is exceptional, thank you.

Sales rep mentioned this would be a $50 every other month charge. He lied and didn't mention there is a $150 cancelation charge. Their service is easily duplicated by getting products online and spraying yourself.

Avoid this company at all costs. Instead of providing Pest Control their technicians end up damaging your property and try to blame you for it. No communication- total scam!! Besides the so called best technicians are ?be drunk as hell on the clock off those margaritas last night?. These are the people they send to your house to damage your property and not own up to it.

Excellent solar panel bird exclusion products. I used the 130mm high Enviroguard. Well designed, easy to break to length and fix. Simple and effective. Cost effective. Above all, the delivery service was excellent even for a small add-on order with reasonable carriage costs.

I purchase their pigeon mesh for my solar panel business and have had around 7 or so deliveries to my house. They deliver the very next day every time. The product is great, I fold it in half and screw it to the side of my black panels and its hardly noticeable from the ground. None of my customers have ever had bird problems since.
