Sam helped me out very well. He did a good job. He is a gym guy, with rather grey hair. He was very eager to help me and my wife, especially my wife. He is not a liar, he is not a fraud. He is a good honest working man, he has to do his job to earn money to pay his bills for him and his lovely wife.Big up Sam. Ignore Pan Veduci

I signed contract for two SIM cards with a 100 GB each per month. I was said by SAM (gym guy, grayish hair) I have two weeks for free to try it and if I am happy I will start paying. How little I knew he was laying to me.So I signed the contract and after few days I changed my mind, I wanted just one SIM card (for my daughter), not two. Sam suddenly said: ""Can't do anything for you. Contract had been signed and we have "no change of mind policy!"Very sad. Sad, because in every single other company you can even cancell contract within two weeks without problems. This company, and especially SAM is lying to people. Shame on you!!! Those two weeks are there to immitate good will of other companies but is literally needless.Oh yes, and when you pay, the "no change of mind policy" is written on the bill you get (not contract, but the bill which rolls out of machine AFTER you pay)!!! It is on the other side of it, written with very little letters. If they would be willing to hide it somewhere, back side of bill would be best. Plusthose two weeks immitation. I feel swindled, scammed, tricked and frauded by EE and especially arrogant guy called Sam! Don't do business with any of them!
