I took my 15 year old granddaughter for her long hair to be trimmed and blow dried. It was a great experience for her and she loved it. Good atmosphere and friendly efficient staff. We both enjoyed it. And ....they do great coffee?

I booked Daniel Gray Hair & Beauty for my wedding day hair- Chelsea and Ellie went above and beyond to do my hair plus 5 bridesmaids, mother of the groom and an emergency groom hair touch up! They arrived promptly at the house we were staying in for the wedding. They were professional, efficient, reliable, friendly and were a joy to have with us the morning of the wedding. All of us were delighted with our hair and it held so well all day. Would absolutely not hesitate to book Daniel Gray again for event hair and would highly recommend them for wedding hair.Ailsa also did my mum's hair in the salon the day of the wedding (she's very loyal to Ailsa) and coloured it the week before- she was thrilled with her hair. Katie and Jacquie did mine and my mum's nails in the lead up to the wedding too and they looked fabulous- Jacquie even did a quick eyebrow wax for my mum last minute. Chelsea also regularly does my hair and did my hair in the lead up to the wedding- I am so happy with the colour and cut- thank you!Thank you so much to Chelsea, Ellie, Ailsa, Katie, Jacquie and the rest of the team at Daniel Gray for making my wedding day so special and going above and beyond!

This was my first time here and my first time getting a professional haircut since just before covid! I normally put off going for haircuts because I've struggled to find a hairdressers I feel comfortable in as I'm very introverted and it can be hard to relax and make conversation. Ellie was great, she understood exactly what I wanted and I'm really happy with my haircut. She was very easy to talk to, and I didn't feel any pressure to keep talking either. This was a really pleasant experience, which after years of feeling like going for a haircut was an uncomfortable experience, was lovely and reassuring. Will definitely be back to see Ellie again ??

I have been trying to book a consultation for a balayage colour but no one has been back in touch, I was wanting something special for my wedding (colour, cut, nails) but the communication is terrible. I think if you are a regular customer they are great otherwise don?t bother, they don?t seem to have the time of day for you
