The staff were really helpful in investigating features of a fridge I wanted to buy; carrying it to the car; and went above and beyond by switching the door from right to left opening when that proved more of a challenge than anticipated. Very impressive service.

Ordered a fridge and was given a freezer, they are refusing to collect and swap it, saying I have to return it myself. Also pushy with warranty and buy now pay later.

Bought a fridge freezer from Dale on Saturday. He was patient when i was asking a load of daft questions, he explained all the delivery option and was very helpful.
Today we bought a keyboard and mouse from Simon. He has the patience of a saint. He even made sure they could connect to my tablet, by contacting them to the tablet. Absolute star

Excellent service from both Radu and Aidan. They could not do enough to get both our phones set up even though it took a while. Both maintained a professsional manner while explaining what they needed to do and why. Can?t thank them enough for there patience. Have used curry?s on a number of occasions now and will continue to do so after this. Thanks both from 2 now happy shoppers ???

Nice store, knowledgeable staff but inventory is challenging. I would like to say it is a one off but this is the second time a sales person sold us the right product only to find it was not in stock and none coming in. In June we were told many brands are in transition and again this weekend the shark vacuum was not available. No discounts offered on the well used floor model. Amazon had the so called unavailable vacuum at my door by 11am the next morning and for 10£ cheaper

Review for Fin who served us at Kendal today. What a cracking lad you have working for you. Whilst browsing he popped over, asked if we needed help- we didn't so he nicely left us to it. Fin was then behind the till once we went to pay with our purchases.
